Emma McCagherty is a Chartered Human and Veterinary Physiotherapist based in South Lanarkshire. Emma qualified with a four year BSc honours degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen in 2002. Emma returned to study with The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (ACPAT) and qualified  as a Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapist in 2009.
Since then she has set up Central Animal Physiotherapy Services and treats horses and riders, dogs and cats throughout Central Scotland and the Scottish Borders.

Emma has worked in NHS treating a variety of conditions.
Emma adheres to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's regulations and standards of conduct and has professional and public liability insurance. She works closely with the Veterinary profession and other specialists to provide the highest level of care for your animal. All animals are assessed only with veterinary referral or consent.
