Welcome to EM Pilates
Emma works is a Chartered Physiotherapist and has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to gain her class instructor qualification and has completed APPI Matwork courses levels 1-3. She is working towards her APPI certification exam.
Emma runs pilates classes in the South Lanarkshire area.
Classes will be starting up in September in Biggar and Carnwath, running for 6 week blocks, they are mixed level classes so all are welcome from beginners to advanced.
